Reservation Policy

All booking procedures should be done through email.

The holding period for any booking will be up to 3 working days maximum, after 3 days it will be considered as CANCELLED.

Booking will be considered as CONFIRMED after receiving 50% of the total amount and the balance amount must be paid before the check-in date.

The invoice will be raised after receiving the full amount of the booking.

If the reservation is cancelled before 20 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.

Within 7 - 20 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.

Within 3 - 7 days of the date of arrival, 100% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.

Any cancellation less than 3 days entire stay would be charged as retention.

Child up to 5 years will be complimentary, sharing bed with parents. Extra bed if required would be charged additionally

Above 5 years will be charged extra.
